If anything pirates should be given incentives to kill other pirates. Radically reduced security ratings for one, so they can go into empire space themselves and earn their implants.

My point stands, why should there be any honor amongst pirates?
I've all too frequently seen two or three different pirate corporations gang up at warpgates, they shouldn't be thrown a bone but a spine.
Kill the competition and be rewarded by improved security ratings.

You're just that dense are you, the point was pirates should not be able to strip implants they should be encouraged to kill other pirates if they wanted into empire space again and do their own agent missions.
Now was it that hard to grasp?

Same reason as you don't get to extract megacyte from the ships you blow up, you blow them up.
It's not in the cards for you, accept it and stop whining. Implants are one use only and why should pirates get something easy that takes hours of hard work for others to obtain?

Yes and you know all aspects of the game and what needs to be done to satisfy the all important pirate, help him to muster yet another hour clinging to the same gate, moron.

I'm calm and if they're to become o' so common then what need is there for pirates to extract them at all to make them even more common since they do not get out of circulation even upon death, just pay for them like everyone else mister special treatment guy.
